My name is David and I am the founder of Savon Home and Structures. It's been a long journey to where I am today!

 

At 14 I started working for a landscape maintenance company for 60 hours a week making seven bucks an hour! For a 14 year old I was making a killing! I did that for two summers and saved up as much cash as I could. When I turned 16 I bought my first truck. My dad lent me an additional $2000 for a trailer and a walk behind mower and I started my own lawn maintenance company in my area. I did that from 2000 to 2013.

 

Every winter I spent my time snow plowing and working for friends in the home remodeling business.

 

I sold the lawn business and went to work for an electrician in 2013, talk about a big change.  I had the privilege of working for a great company with huge focus on leadership and business. I was able to be on the leadership team, and help grow the company; get great sales, leadership, and business training along the way. It was truly a blessing.

After five years, I got the itch to be on my own again and Savon Home Improvements was born! Diving in head first, and determined to make it work, it was off to the races! Starting with some basic handyman, electrical, plumbing, and painting jobs, it grew into a small remodels and bathrooms. It's been a journey for sure. Well, my family keeps growing, I'm a blessed father of 9 beautiful kiddos! Yes I said 9, that wasn't a typo! They want to work, and love working with me! What a blessing.

Having 9 kiddos and wanting to all work together as a family is why Savon Home & Structures was born! We now, not only offer home improvements, but we build sheds on-site! It is a great way for us to be together and grow the business.
